School Readiness at Home: School Zone

I first reviewed School Zone for Cool Baby Kid when my daughter was just becoming interactive enough for the preschool workbooks. We use the "Math Readiness: Stickers" book often even though the recommend ages are 4-6. While the stickers may be a bit advanced for her, she definitely enjoys them; we use the book mainly for counting practice. Another great product is the "Big Preschool Workbook" which I gave to a friend with preschool aged children who said "that was the best workbook we found" and understands why it's a School Zone best seller. School Zone began as a learning center in 1972; they've been involved in education since before I was born, so you can be sure they know the industry! Since we've decided to wait on preschool until my daughter is 4, we'll be utilizing School Zone often to get her ready for school.

Smart Giveaway: Win a set of pop up flashcards from School Zone. To enter, visit their website and come back to comment about the book you love most. Click here to find out how to increase your chances. Include your email address in the post. Contest ended. Congratulations Rosanne!

  20. I love these types of books, but we haven't tried this one before. My daughter and I do workbooks at home all the time, but it does get boring. We try to mix it up with markers and crayons, but the stickers are neat.
